Who am I?
I’m Lauren Violette, a Boston-based Designer, Maker, and Photographer. As a 2026 Honors candidate for a BFA in Experience Design at Northeastern University, I elevate projects to the next level with my design skills, both contemporary and analog.
A lifelong creative, my design vision has been honed by years of academic instruction and hands-on experimentation through a wide berth of disciplines. I have a passion for functional, equitable, and beautiful design. You can find me acting as the Director of Photography at The Avenue Magazine, filling my responsibilities as a Designer on the Playground Team at SCOUT, Northeastern’s Student-Led Design Organization, or in Switzerland— learning at the Basel School of Design and acting as a photography fellow for Northeastern’s Global Experience Office.
